MyDealz is a deal discovery and aggregation platform. We curate and display deals
from various retailers and merchants. Important clarifications:
- MyDealz does not sell products directly to consumers
- All purchases are completed with and fulfilled by our partner retailers
- We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, or customer service -
these are handled by the respective retailers
- Each retailer has their own terms of service, return policies, and customer
service procedures

Deal Submission
Community members may submit deals. By submitting a deal, you:
- Grant MyDealz the right to display and moderate your submission
- Confirm the deal information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Agree not to submit spam, affiliate links, or misleading information
- Understand that deals may be removed if they violate our guidelines
5. Intellectual Property
MyDealz Content
The MyDealz website, including its design, logo, graphics, and code, is protected
by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
- Use our branding or logo without written authorization
- Scrape or copy our deal database for commercial purposes
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (deal posts, comments, reviews). By
submitting content, you grant MyDealz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, display, and distribute that content.
6. Prohibited Activities

- Products or services offered by retailers
- Transactions between you and retailers
- Retailer terms of service, privacy policies, or return policies

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

MyDealz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of deal information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Suitability for your particular purpose
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDealz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party retailers or products
- Unauthorized access to your account
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount
you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
