  MyDealz is a deal discovery platform. We connect you with great deals from partner

   retailers, but we do not handle shipping, fulfillment, or delivery ourselves.


  All products are shipped directly by the retailers where you make your purchase.

  Each retailer has their own shipping policies, timelines, and costs.


  How Shipping Works


  1. Make Your Purchase


  When you click a deal on MyDealz, you're directed to the retailer's website to

  complete your purchase. Shipping is handled entirely by that retailer.


  2. Review Retailer's Shipping Policy


  Before completing your purchase, check the retailer's shipping information, which

  typically includes:


  - Shipping costs: Free, flat rate, or calculated based on location/weight

  - Delivery timeframe: Standard (5-7 days), expedited (2-3 days), or overnight

  - Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

  - International shipping: Whether they ship globally and any restrictions

  - Order tracking: How to track your shipment


  3. Receive Order Confirmation


  After purchase, you'll receive order confirmation from the retailer via email,

  including:


  - Order number

  - Estimated delivery date

  - Tracking number (once shipped)

  - Shipping carrier information

  How to Track


  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation from the retailer

  2. Locate the tracking number in the email

  3. Click the tracking link or visit the carrier's website (UPS.com, USPS.com,

  FedEx.com)

  4. Enter your tracking number to see delivery status


  Tracking Timeline


  - Order placed: Retailer processes order (1-2 business days)

  - Label created: Shipping label generated (tracking number active but package not

  yet moving)

  - In transit: Package moving through carrier network

  - Out for delivery: On delivery truck, arriving today

  - Delivered: Package delivered to address


  Shipping Issues & Solutions


  Delayed Shipments
