30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items (opened)
- Intimate apparel (if hygienic seal is broken)
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads (once accessed)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email returns@mydealz.shop with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged or defective)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package item securely with RMA number
- Use provided return label
- Get tracking number
- Ship within 7 days
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund issued: Within 5 business days
- Refund appears: 5-10 business days

- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- Google Pay/Apple Pay: 5-10 business days

Exchanges

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply for:
- Returns without original packaging
- Items showing signs of use
- Missing accessories
- Returns after 30 days (up to 60 days)
No restocking fees for defective, wrong, or damaged items.
